TRIMAX Power Systems is seeking a Manager of Government Procurements to build and manage our federal, state, and municipal contracting pipeline.
U.S. military veterans—especially disabled veterans—are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain SAM.gov, BidNet Direct, and state/municipal registrations
- Monitor bid alerts and summarize requirements
- Draft and submit compliant proposals
- Coordinate specs, pricing, and documentation with internal teams
- Support sales reps with sourcing and customer clarifications
- Help build standardized proposal templates and workflows
What You Bring
- Veteran experience (preferred, not required)
- Government procurement or public sector contracting background
- Strong organization and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Collaborative mindset across sales, ops, and leadership
- Preferred: SAM.gov/BidNet experience, industrial equipment familiarity, CRM experience
